Summer Watermelon Freezy Treats

Ingredients

2 x Cups of  Watermelon
1 x Cup of Coconut Milk or Coconut Water
¼ x Cup of Honey (optional)

 

Method

Remove seeds for the watermelon and put all ingredients into a blender and blend to a juice. Pour into an ice cube trays or mould and freeze.
